We spent the afternoon enjoying the coffees and drinks. There was an international element amid the locals enjoying the soccer matches. The cafe is on the corner of an intersection with ample seating outside and in to accommodate the many people,
predominantly men, who savor this ritual. Service was great and the place was spotless.

The room looked nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was on the top floor and had great views. I also had some laundry done for a reasonable price. I had a fairly large leak in my bathroom so I had to use spare towels to soak up the water. Also the bathroom is very small. The biggest problem was the WiFi which didn't work in my bedroom.

This is an average hotel in most respects. The room was small but serviceable. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired. The offerings were sparse (hope you like bread) and it seemed to be understaffed as tables were not cleaned promptly and food items were not replenished as needed. But I do want to mention one very positive event: the hotel has a sidewalk cafe that adjoins the lobby. We had dinner there and I managed to leave my camera bag under the table. I didn't realize this until the following morning. When I raced into the restaurant, the very same waiter was there. He smiled and asked "Your camera, sir"? They found it and locked it in a secure cabinet overnight. I just think this speaks well of both this individual and the Moroccan people in general. My tour guide was pleased but not surprised to encounter such honesty.

This hotel in the centre of the new part of Fes was fine for a couple of nights. The King obviously thought so too because his personal guards and staffers were staying there while he was visiting the city, probably because there was a big bike race finishing there the day we arrived. I wonder where he was staying!
It was ok but we had terrible trouble with our card key and kept having to run down to reception to get it reloaded or what ever they do to them. It was a pain. The staff were very obliging though and tirelessly saved us every time.
The room was decorated in dark wood panelling 1980's functional. probably.
The bathroom was ok but I would rather not have had a step in bathtub with a pain in the neck shower curtain.
Breakfast was good in the restaurant upstairs. There is quite a nice terrace cafe downstairs at the entrance and everyone was in there watching the soccer. So the atmosphere was very jolly.
It is a vehicle ride to the medina.

Well located right in the middle of town. Rooms okay but not special; breakfast chaotic and buffet not adequate nor replenished. Staff pushed to the limit and tried their best. Not the greatest in my opinion.

Our room in this hotel was not that good at all. The toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, the balcony door could only lock and not just close. We had to ask for towels twice (first we only had 1, the next day we had no towels after cleaning). The beds were very hard, so we didn’t sleep great.
The breakfast was very good and also dinner was really nice!

...I would have given it another star. Good a/c in the room. It had a small bathroom but manageable. Average breakfast fare on offer. There was [for me] no room wifi but good in reception. The cafe was fine. I had a missing shower nozzle holder and it was fixed w/o my having asked though many did not have a shower curtain.

I quite liked this hotel! Bellboy was super friendly! The rooms are really tiny, but it's a city hotel so not a problem at all. Only thing i didn't was the really like was small shower and the sticky shower curtain. I really like that the breakfast is on the rooftop. Location is also pretty good, you can easily take a taxi into the centre

This is my first time in Morocco. Fes is a beautiful city! This hotel is in the heart of the city. Four good points:

1) The hotel is easy to locate.
2) Smooth and fast check-in, no hassle.
3) Luggage brought to the room quickly
4) As a muslim, we appreciate that the bathroom has a water hose beside the toilet bowl.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband in March 2017. We arrived at night and welcomed by reception. Our room was changed upon request which was great. I would like to thank Huda and the other helpful guys on reception very helpful and highly professional. Also the restaurant staff were also very accommodating. Rooms are super clean which made our stay very special.

Start with your expectations set low if, like me, you paid less than £30 per night (incl. breakfast).

The hotel location was great! Just off the main boulevard with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
Only a 10min taxi ride to the medina.

We arrived by car and discovered that the hotel parking was on-street, directly outside the main hotel entrance (the doorman manually removed the 'reserved' bollards)

Checked in with our voucher and found our rooms to be adequate for our stay.
Standard facilities, air conditioning and very basic toiletries.

Hotel is clean but in desperate need of refurbishments (which is currently in progress).
Staff are helpful but don't expect 5-star customer service.

Breakfast buffet on the 6th floor was included in our stay and we were very impressed by the continental offering (given our expectations).
Lunch and dinner menus are incredibly low cost and look very appetising.

All in all its a great place to stop off for a few nights in Fes.
If you're after luxury, then this probably isn't the place for you.

This place is basic, but was clean. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked, with the shower having plenty of hot water. What made this a 3 star and not a 4 star was the smoke smell in most areas of the hotel and the lack of the hotel to provide 2 keys. Me and a friend stayed there and we wanted to have 2 keys, to which we were told is impossible. Also, the restuarant on the 6th floor was drafty and the food was rather bland and lackluster. A cafe across the street is the ticket for food.

My wife and I stayed here while travelling around Morocco and studying Arabic. Thankfully, we booked this hotel during our stay in Fes as the staff were always trying to help with our practice. Moreover, the manageress would offer to translate any unfamiliar vocabulary for me!

As for the general service, we were always made to feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast was always well prepared and they were incredibly patient with our poor time keeping.

I really could not recommend this hotel enough!

Hotel was fine, but I'm sure you could find better at near the same price range. WiFi was down for part of our stay, which is inconvenient but not a deal-breaker. The restaurant on the top floor is basically the same as any of a hundred panini/pizza/kebab cafes you can find on the street. It's fine as far as a place to sleep; not much character or much in the way of amenities though.
